Sails – Tails Linux on Steroids

None of the existing live operating systems except Open Secure-K OS provides a kernel update feature while featuring a (readonly) ISO9660 filesystem for system files.

On the contrary, Tails features a FAT filesystem for system files: without anti-tampering measures this can easily allow an attacker to inject a script into the filesystem which is able to reveal the LUKS master key.

Sails OS is a Tails clone which adds the more secure Open Secure-K OS filesystem structure as the foundation of it, adding anti-tampering measures as well.

The operating system is being developed behind closed doors and will be publicly available soon.
