A new post on Hackster talks about UBAIRTICLE, which is a cloud-based indoor air quality monitor. The project can measure indoor air quality (temperature, humidity, CO2, VOC) and visualize the data in the cloud using Particle and Ubidots.
The project uses the Adafruit SGP30 Gas Sensor breakout board and the Adafruit SHT31-D Temperature and Humidity sensor breakout board. The data is gathered by a Particle Photon board which sens data through the Particle cloud to the Ubidots IoT platform.
The builder, Michael Guntli, states about the case:
The most fun part of the project was to build the case. Since I don’t have a 3D printer at home, I used some classic LEGO technics bricks.
The sensors are thermally decoupled from Particle Photon, which is powered through a USB power supply.
